It's important to understand that when forgetting about or canceling your appointments without enough notice, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time. To protect my business, I have placed a few policies in order. All appointment bookings are subject to these terms.
24 Hour Policy
Less than a 24 hour notice is considered a late cancellation and will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
No Show Policy
If you do not cancel your appointment and do not show up to your appointment, that will be considered a "no show." No shows will be charged full price of the scheduled service.
